Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Hidizs device, including all original cables, ear tips, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
